    Rosemont Hotel & Residences for sale in Barsha Heights by ZAS. Rosemont Hotel & Residences is an AED 2.02 billion twin tower development on Sheikh Zayed Road designed by ZAS Architects.

    One of the 53-storey towers will house a 448-room hotel, the first Curio – A Collection by Hilton in the UAE, and the other tower will contain 280 five-star serviced apartments.

    The hotel building has been conceptualized as a flowing river, while moving lights will shine on the serviced apartment tower in a pattern inspired by atomic, orbital rings.

    One of the project’s core amenities will be a massive 75,000 sq ft outdoor rainforest featuring lush vegetation and advanced sensory rain systems which will create a 360-degree experience, ‘offering the sensation of being surrounded by rainfall without actually getting wet’.

    Residents and visitors will be surrounded by a landscaped tropical oasis, with dappled sunlight and a tropical mist that will be lightly sprayed through the trees. There will be a splash pool along the sand-less beach, adventure trails, play zones, waterfalls, streams and a prehistoric Jurassic-inspired marsh.
