Falcon City

Falcon city of Wonders is a multipurpose mega project being developed by Falcon City of Wonders LLC in Dubai Land,  featuring structures based on famous sites and architectural marvels of the world, such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The city is shaped to represent the falcon, emblematic of the UAE’s heritage.

The project is spread over an area more than 3.8 million square meters (41 million square feet) and will combine various commercial, residential, educational and leisure amenities with entertainment facilities, and will include apartments, villas, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, health clubs and spas, and schools and parks. It is built as the most ambitious destination created to appeal to the widest audience, covering all age groups and nationalities.

This development project has been designed to resemble the national emblem in Dubai Land. The falcon with its outstretched wings symbolizes the spirit of leadership, pride and excellent qualities that the Falcon city of Wonders will embody.

The Falcon city will be a self-contained and multi-faceted residential, tourist and recreational destination formed after the wonders of the ancient and modern world.

The development contains more than 20 sub-communities. Spread across the core as well as the left and right wings, residential plots are built over an area of 1.3 million sq. ft. Currently, 593 villas and townhouses have been completed.
