Frankfurt Sports Tower

Frankfurt Sports Tower Apartments by The Shaikhani Group in Sports City. A 15-storey building comprising housing 140 studios, 56 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments.

The project was launched in 2008 with an estimated completion date of 2011, however construction was put on hold until 2013. The building was eventually finished and handed over in 2016.

Facilities include two levels of basement parking, covered parking on the ground floor, three hi-speed elevators, 24-hour manned security, in-house maintenance team, hi-speed internet connection and a surveillance and intercom system. On the roof there is a health club with a communal swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, steam and sauna rooms, Jacuzzi, party hall, outdoor terrace and juice bar.

Frankfurt Sports Tower was designed by architects Al-Hatmy Design, and is a development by Memon who also developed the four Champions Towers in Sports City.
