Ginco Apartments (Gheyath Tower) was originally proposed in 2007 but fell victim to the financial crisis and was never built. The building has since been redesigned and construction began in early 2015.

Business Bay is an ambitious 64 Million Square foot freehold district that is currently under development directly next to Downtown Dubai. The development is expected to have 240 buildings that vary between Office & Residential Towers.
