Marina Diamond 3 Apartments is a 15-storey residential building in Dubai Marina developed by Diamond Investments LLC and designed by AEC- Al Ajmi Engineering Consultants.

Apartments in the building range from studio to one or two bedrooms. Amenities include a fitness club, swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Marina Diamond One is one of six residential towers developed by Diamond Investments in Dubai Marina.

As with Diamond Investments’ other property developments apartments are offered with 100 per cent freehold ownership and a residency permit for non-UAE nationals.

Construction began in 2005 and the building was handed over in June 2007.
