Warsan Village is an enclave located on the outer periphery of International City. Launched by Nakheel in 2013, it consists of 942 townhouses, 250 apartments and a retail plaza with 365 retail outlets.

The project was announced at the end of September 2013. The timing of the announcement coincided with the decision by Dubai Government to increase property transfer fees.

The townhouses consist of an internal built up area of about 1,850 sq. ft. and including balconies it is about 2,100 sq. ft. All units are the same exact size and the stating price of the unit was AED 1.7 million. Most of the units have a standard plot size of 1,658 sq. ft.

In April 2014, Nakheel announced it had awarded a contract worth AED 70 million for the construction of Warsan Village to Ginco General Contrating.
